The trial fee is non-refundable. Cancel any time during the trial day from Settings → Billing and you will not be charged again.
Monthly plans
Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Because plan value is consumed as you launch and use AI credits, we do not refund partial months, except: (a) if you were charged after cancelling, (b) duplicate charges, or (c) the Service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault — in those cases contact billing@adeagle.io or support@adeagle.io within 14 days for a full refund or credit.
Annual plans
Refundable within 14 days of the initial charge, less any add-on/top-up usage; not refundable thereafter, but you may downgrade at renewal.
Credits and top-ups
Non-refundable once purchased; unused monthly credits do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise; purchased top-up credits never expire while the account is active.
Add-ons
Prorated on the next invoice when added or removed mid-cycle.
Failed payments
After a failed charge we retry for 14 days; the organization is read-only from day 1 and suspended after day 14. Data is retained 30 days after suspension.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first; accounts with unresolved chargebacks are suspended.

Displayed prices exclude VAT/GST/sales tax where applicable.
