- Eligibility — Open to AdEagle customers and approved partners aged 18+. We may decline or remove any affiliate.
- Commission — 30% of net subscription revenue (excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits and add-on hardware/services) from customers who sign up through your link, for as long as they remain paying customers, up to [24] months per customer.
- Attribution — Last-click, 90-day first-party cookie; the customer must be new to AdEagle. Self-referrals, referrals of your own organization's members, and coupon-stuffing are excluded.
- Payouts — Monthly via Stripe Connect [or PayPal] once your balance reaches US$50, 30 days after the referred payment clears (to cover refunds). You are responsible for taxes on commissions.
- Conduct — No paid ads on the AdEagle brand or misspellings; no misleading claims, spam, cookie stuffing, incentivized sign-ups, or pretending to be AdEagle. Disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines).
- Termination — Either party may end participation at any time; earned, unpaid commissions for compliant referrals are paid out; commissions are forfeited for breaches of these terms.
- Changes — We may change commission rates or terms with 30 days' notice.
